He's already made 2, or 3, or who knows how many.  I really don't think know how many times David Gaider needs to answer his question for him to get it.

 

Also @goishen, they should get a happy launch day, and I hope it does go well.  I bet a lot of devs will go internet dark for awhile after launch day, Mr. Gaider has already said he will be on of them.

Those are not preorder items. They come with the Digital Deluxe copy of the game. If your getting the IE it should include the DD of DAI.

 

In Europe and the UK (at least - possibly everywhere outside the US) the Inquisitor Edition for PC does NOT come with a deluxe version of the game.  In fact, a physical Deluxe Edition does not exist AT ALL for the PC in Europe and the UK.  So the only way to get the deluxe extras for the PC is to either hope for an upgrade pack on Origin or pre-order the digital version on Origin and have two copies...

I've seen few PC version reviews that mentioned it.

 

As for you seeing cutscenes in 60FPS - video running at 60FPS doesn't mean that game ran at 60 when it was recorded.

You're not controlling the characters (especially not in spinning around in circles) in conversations either. At least, the "full conversations' that are cinematic. The conversations that you still have player control over won't do this. At least they shouldn't, because the cinematic system isn't taking control.

This is done mostly because the animation system can behave oddly for complex animations if something happens that causes them to be updated asynchronously. So we synched the two during cinematics to work around this issue. Fixing the problem would be a lot of work, and likely won't be patched (definitely not day one) unless other, more serious issues end up manifesting as a result of this system.

I'm sorry, that really sucks. I wanted an EI, but they all sold out before I could budget it in, ended up with the DD so still happy, just not as happy.

Yeah... no one really understands why Gamestop with their limited number of stores (on- and offline) was chosen, nor why physical copies for PC don't seem to exist outside the CONUS.  Or, for that matter, why they can't just flippin' tell us if there will be an upgrade pack or not.  Sadly, I'm beginning to wonder if it is simply to ensure sales of the full digital version...

At least you could buy the Inquisitor's Edition. There is no Gamestop here, all I can do is cry (there is no physical deluxe for any platform too and now I'm stuck with the crappy pre-load from PSN).
