At least you could buy the Inquisitor's Edition. There is no Gamestop here, all I can do is cry (there is no physical deluxe for any platform too and now I'm stuck with the crappy pre-load from PSN).

Also, I preordered the Deluxe Edition for One from GameStop can I preload the game? If so how? I downloaded the EA Access pass does that count as preloading the game?

pretty sure its 22, not 12. It unlocks at 7 AM PST in korea.

I think there is some confusion with time zones, the game unlocks in Asia in about 22 hours.

 

Just convert the Asian release time to your local:

 

• Asia-Pacific (except Japan) – 11/17 7AM PST
• North America and Brazil – 11/17 9PM PST
• Russia – 11/17 11 PM PST
• Australia – 11/19 5AM PST
• Japan – 11/19 7AM PST
• Europe excluding UK, IE, PT – 11/19 3PM PST
• New Zealand – 11/20 3AM PST
• India – 11/20 10:30AM PST
• South Africa – 11/20 2PM PST
• United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal – 11/20 4PM PST

It means Origin "unlocks" your pre-loaded game on the game's release day, and you can start to play it.

I'm just confused. I live in NA, I preordered a deluxe edition physical copy for the Xbox One, and I can't pick it up until midnight 11/17 but I'm reading here that it can be "unlocked" at 9pm 11/17. I just want to know if this applies only to digital download people or physical copy people like me.

Yeah... no one really understands why Gamestop with their limited number of stores (on- and offline) was chosen, nor why physical copies for PC don't seem to exist outside the CONUS.  Or, for that matter, why they can't just flippin' tell us if there will be an upgrade pack or not.  Sadly, I'm beginning to wonder if it is simply to ensure sales of the full digital version...

 

I tracked down the images someone had posted of the "add-ons & bonuses" listed under DAI in Origin.

 

 

And a comparison to another game whose add-ons are purchasable.

 

 

So we won't know if we'll get BUY buttons until the extras get released, presumably at the same time the game itself is.

If you bought a physical copy then you wouldn't be able to do anything until you have the physical game in your hands to install/run it - people who have ordered the digital download version will be able to play it sooner because they will download it instead.

Nope, it does not apply to you since you are getting a physical copy which you have to pick up, while the we on the pc have the digital downloaded copy...which can be unlocked since we technically already own the game.
