I didnt get any restful sleep last night because I dreamt I was the Inquisitor.

Seriously? I thought you were kidding about waiting to play. Even if I had a free copy coming I don't think I could wait another couple of days. I'm already walking around the house gibbering to myself "eleven... hours... thirty-five... minutes..." and doing things like putting my dirty socks in the freezer and trying to wash the dishes with a banana.
Barret is right, this thread is making my DA:I longing worse, especially since I can't play it until the 20th - maybe. The Gamestop shop in my town told me it would the pc CE would release the 21st but when I went back to check ('cause the release date for my country is supposed to be the 20th) they checked and apparently every single version of DA:I except the pc CE is marked for release the 20th. So the pc is marked for 21st but the clerck said it had to be a mistake and that I should probably be able to pick it up the 20th.
So I'm not really sure what to believe. I just hope it isn't delayed somehow because the 22nd I have to take a train right thing in the morning and I won't be back for three weeks - and my preorder receipt tells me I have to pick up my product in 2 days. I am getting increasnigly paranoid that something will go wrong...
Maybe I should go call gamestop, just in case. ![]()
I feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas.
This is perhaps -too- exciting.
I'll get it the 20th! So glad I called!
I feel sorry for other DA fans in my city though. Apparently there's been a problem with the collector's edition. A few of them have arrived broken (though only one is utterly ruined) and since there has only arrived just enough to cover the pre-orders... well, they're discussing it with EA right now. Though because I pre-ordered so early, I'm not at risk at receiving a broken CE.
*Sigh*, and I still have to wait until Friday.
It remains to be seen whether I can finish my work by then, however...
Tomorrow. Good golly gosh, I can have this game tomorrow.
All that waiting, all that hype. Excuse me for a sec ![]()
Awww...
We hate you too!
26 hours for me. Montreal has a BioWare studio, but a Montreal bylaw says only video stores can do midnight launches. So the joke is that people getting physical copies will get it later than the rest of North America.
Though the local EB Games (Gamestop's Canadian affiliate) is opening two hours early tomorrow at 8 ![]()
50 hrs for aussies ![]()
It's very kind of the whole rest of the world to test the game out before it gets to me
It's got old.
*feels technologically inferior to those VPN ppl...*
16 hours 57 minutes until I grasp the "hilt" of my copy of the game for the first time.
Add another 50 minutes or so into the mix for the 4.6 miles I'm walking home after that.
17 hours 47 minutes until I boot up the game and get going with it.
...and then I have to be up for school six hours later. ._.

*pat pat*
I gladly would have helped you out if you played on pc as well ![]()

Just saw an ad on The Walking Dead for the game.
Woot.
I saw that, too. I literally squeed out loud. At which point my husband turned to me and said, "That's the game you're picking up at midnight tomorrow, right?"
Yes, honey. Yes, it is.
To make up for the fact that I'll be waking him up when I get back home after midnight and that he isn't on vacation off work the rest of the week like I'll be, I'm making it up to him by also acquiring GTA V for his PS4 while I'm there tonight. Gamer couple compromise, FTW! ![]()
Anywhos, I'm in Florida, so now officially begins THE LONGEST DAY. East Coast March to Midnight starts... now:
