The only things I've noticed are no reference to DA2 romance and Varric calls my female Hawke 'a guy'. Not sure if this just Varric's way of speaking (though the references to Hawke are all weirdly gender neutral) and something that comes out later.

 

Sibling is correct though.

 

That happened to me too. I'm nervous because I had a hard time getting my world state to export correctly in the first place (timestamps didn't match). I'm hoping it was just a weird attempt at being gender-neutral because I really don't want to find out it's messed up 50 hours in.

 

Anyway, I support some kind of world state verification in DAI (beyond the timestamp) and I mentioned that in my feedback when I reported my import difficulties.

 

If anyone else has what looks like a buggy world state import, make sure to report it in the Keep via the Feedback button at the top.

I'm not sure if this applies to last-gen consoles, but...

Setting mesh quality to high fixed it.

 

Pretty sure that only applies to PCs, as I don't believe there's a way to change graphical qualities on consoles.

 

Thanks for digging it up though. I'm happy at least PC players can fix this issue.

Avoiding all spoilers hopefully - it works a bit like this:

 

You ask a generic - what about Hawke's companions question and Varric answers. When you ask about Hawke his response is along the lines of I'm the right person as I knew the guy. Everyone else is gender neutral on Hawke (just referring to the Champion).

 

But I've only played a couple of hours - so its very early.

 

Uhhh, that sounds like a bug to me, as I'm sure I recall Varric very distinctly referring to my Hawke as she/her. He certainly never said he knew any "guy" when I played last week as that would have freaked me out and I would have made a note of it. I imported a FemHawke who was friends with Varric and his reference was friendlier sounding than yours, I think.  I'm sorry, but I think you have a bad import.

Dragon Age: The Last Court is a text-based, free-to-play browser game that serves as an interquel between Dragon Age II and Dragon Age: Inquisition.

 

The player takes on the role of the Marquis of Serault, a marquisate located on the western edge of Orlais. The Marquise (played as either The Huntress or The Scholar) guides Serault through a tumultuous part of its history, making decisions that affect not only the player but the region and its relation to the wider world. Affairs of court will be managed, and positions of counselor, lover, bodyguard, and other roles will be chosen.

 

The Last Court is available as part of Dragon Age Keep. ^[1] The game is only available in English.

Yeah, the Keep's in Public Beta so you should have access to it now...

You can play it though, it's in the keep. If you haven't gone in and set up your tapestry, you should really do that. The Last Court is pretty fun, but fair warning it takes a week to play if you aren't willing to pay money to advance time. It's no sweat though, it has no effect on DA:I at all, and eventually you'll be able to specify it's outcome just like anything else in the keep.
