Judging from that sentence, then there might be a mixture of paid and free downloadable content, alongside the free stuff we get in mp. If this is the case then it is a good move. While a certain fracturing of the sp community will occur because people on principle don't like dlc (or paying for completely optional stuff...) but they should at least get some good decent addition in patches and 'FLC'. As others have mentioned, this FLC content may be more hair styles, attire in Skyhold (I would love to wander around in formal wear, dat 18th/19th century red coat
) and maybe a mirror of appearances ala: the Black Emporium.

Aren't the different decor styles all unlocked upon arrival at Skyhold? I think you just need to upgrade in the undercroft, unless I'm thinking of something else. Heraldry maybe.
