Apparently I'm the only one who enjoyed the Hissing Waste, if only for letting me endlessly ride around of my mount singing 'Arabian Nights'. Also lots of Tier 3 leathers and metals.

You're not. I love the place so much. It's one of my favorite locations.

I have to chime in and agree with those who love the Hissing Wastes.  My favorite areas in the game are the Emerald Graves and the Hissing Wastes -both are truly beautiful in their own ways and compel my PC to simply stop and stare at the amazing scenery.

Totally agree.  I love the desert at night in the Hissing Wastes and the large, lush green trees of the Emerald Graves with a hit of the Orleasian blue and gold architecture here and there.  They were my favorite spots in the game.

One of my favorite riding spots, short of glitch-traveling off the map in NW Hinterlands... And who doesn't want to check up on our favorite dog-operated merchant stall/empire (now the richest dog in all of Thedas thanks to me dropping a metric ton of gold there...)

Merchant dog alone makes Hissing Wastes an excellent place. Oh don't forget Chantry sister too.

I've expressed my love for the Hissing Wastes before, but I'll do it again. That place is beautiful and atmospheric, and one of my favorite fictional places ever. I'd love for them to do some DLC there.
