More importantly, I think it would be pretty funny to see a dwarf dancing with the nobility during the party.  

 

I usually pick two that seem appropriate for my character.  My dalish mage right now has arcane and history knowledge, but my human mages usually throw in nobility knowledge too.  

 

Also, I'm pretty sure that picking the perk sometimes influences other dialogue in a slightly more subtle way.  For instance, I was playing a human mage who had history knowledge, and he was able to recognize the golden halla that the dalish elf in the Exalted Plains was talking about.  If I remember correctly, it didn't display a special dialogue icon or anything.

It'd be great if we could even save a bunch of face-codes that could be picked up in games down the line... But I guess that'll depend on how much/how little they decide to change the CC.

Sounds like it's for All New, Faded For Her.

 

The What Lies Dormant bug doesn't really involve demons spawning as far as I'm aware. Too bad, that's the bug I'm personally most eagerly waiting for. Don't want to play my Solasmancer before that's fixed

What Lies Dormant is a Fade Rift Quest (according to the wiki anyway)... I'm hoping it's this one as well as it's never triggered for me.
