I think D. Gaider made an entire post on his now deleted tumblr that tackled the subject of polyamory and how it will likely never be depicted in a BioWare game

Although I too would like another Isabela. She was my second favorite character in DA2 after Aveline.

I don't think it's just Gaider who does that, Mary Kirby made almost all the Qunari enemies in DA2 named Sten just so people would get upset thinking it was Sten from DAO

That whole scars being tied to renegade status thing was a kick in my face. Not only did they take away my manshep's giant, face splitting scar in ME2 but then his goody-two-shoes ways wouldn't even let him keep the cybernetics scars
