Mike and others are particularly careful not to talk about future instalments until they are formally announced, this is nothing new.

 

They were working on DAI for, what, a year before anything was announced? I remember writing many posts about That Thing The Team Is Probably Working On Unless BioWare Are Paying Them To Make Increasingly Elaborate Paper Planes.

Mike doesn't talk like Inquisition was a huge success and EA are banging down their door asking the team to make a DA4 :/
