No, it was announced in the past that MS has temporary exclusivity on SP DLCs.

But I wasn't expecting the deal was with MS in general instead of only XOne.

But I wasn't expecting the deal was with MS in general instead of only XOne.

 

I knew they announced there was a temp, exclusivity deal but I think that also ties in with the EA Access deal signed with Microsoft. (Which, yes, I thought only applied to Xbox One.) But the Access logo is there on the announcement, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's linked.
