Not strictly a tweet, but I thought this was a funny/absurd email exchange between Kotaku journalist Jason Schreier and an EA PR representative:

I'm really curious what the words of that contract were exactly, will never know but I'm curious. hell you could have the common curiosity and just say "soon." To me it makes it sound like its not coming at all to playstation or 360 users.

It'll come out for X360, PS3 and PS4 eventually, but it sounds like the EA/Microsoft exclusivity contract prevents them from saying when.
(Or even confirming that it will, ever.)
One of the most boneheaded moves by a publisher I've ever seen, but there you go. Microsoft must've paid them mega-bucks.

Someone (pretty sure it was Laidlaw) confirmed that it's coming to the 360. Also, if it weren't coming at all, advertisements would probably say "only on Xbox One and PC" instead of "first on Xbox One and PC".

From personal experience, the awesomeness of the scene as a whole makes seeing the dragon at first glance not automatic. But, once you see it, your eyes can't NOT be drawn to it first.

I've found that up-close I see the scene and not the dragon (unless I look for it), but from a distance (say, twelve or more feet away in a store) the dragon is all you see. It's genius.

Prior to release, the Devs were wearing T-shirts with that scene on them at conventions. I really wish that those were made available for purchase.

Ya it's very weird, that's what makes me think the time is different then usual. If it's a month like most gaming exclusives why not just say it?

Can't even confirm whether there will be a 4th DA or not. One thing at a time. ![]()
