Yeah.

Recording unique accents (or inventing some kind of magical post-recording voice processing on the fly) sounds exponentially more expensive than just giving the protagonist a set voice from day one.

I mean, they already have to record branching dialogue for each conversation and gender, adding multiple voice actors or accents into that equation sounds prohibitively costly.

Nothing showed up....it makes me wonder though. Ok So DAI will for sure be at E3 but what about this pre E3 EA announcement showcase thing on monday? will they say something about DAI then too?

Yes, the EA press conference on Monday is when we'll first hear about DA3.

It's when most of the gaming news comes out, actually, even though it's technically the day before E3 properly starts.

That what was I was thinking. It might be too cheesy, though. 

Personally I'm hoping our protagonist will be called Pentaghast. The downside is no chance for a Cassandra romance, but I can sacrifice that for being a member of an awesome dragon hunting royal family.
