Oh of course those don't count. Not at all the same thing as these kind of exclusive rights deals. Except it's the exact same thing, but you don't count that because you're on the end that benefits. Maybe the details are different, but the basics are the same. Exclusive rights of an item (forever or for a limited time) to one company. Same thing.
And thanks to those for dumbing that down for me with the Orbit. Xox
If Microsoft had paid the developmant of the entire game (as it happened with Tlou, Uncharted, Beyond:two souls, Ni No Kuni, InFamous on PS, Halo on Xbox, Bayonetta 2 on Wii) than the exclusive is acceptable. I can see why some people may not like it, but they knew before they buyed their game platforms that they would have to skip some games. Since DAI is made for all platforms, the deal with Microsoft is just a childish way to trip the others platforms.
Just a legalized unfair competition. With very poor results, beside making who play on platforms different from PC and Xbox1 hate them, and being even more attached to their preferred console, since the stuff feel just as an injustice, not a good thing.
I'm quite against this kind of timed exclusives. I can't see any gain in these kind of timed exclusives.
