So reasons why we may not answer your question:

 

1. We can not because of a contractual obligation

2. We can not because of SEC or other regulatory laws

3. The information would trigger a revenue recognition issue

4. Its a surprise

5. We don't know the answer

6. We are avoiding bad news. We try to avoid doing this because it rarely works out. But it does happen on occasion.

7. You asked it a way that didn't make someone want to answer. Be nice, please 

8. The question got lost. This is not an excuse to SPAM your questions, however.
