Well, it's not clear how that information got out, and I have no idea whether it's DLC or part of the patch 
But in general I think PC beta testers have signed NDAs, and it's not very polite if they leak stuff from behind those.

I was considering blurring the gamertag out, but since this is from an imgur album that has also been posted in the MP boards and comes from a very active Russian Bioware forum, the damage is long done.
On the other hand, if you take a look at how active the MP boards are because of it, they should send the guy candy and some flowers instead of a lawsuit.
