Gamestop have previously sold some DLC for Bioware games in-store (I remember they had From Ashes to buy with ME3 in the US), so I think they'd probably have the right date.

We'll there marketing for the Xbox One worked on me. They said the dlc is out tomorrow so I got up nice an early brought it, downloaded it and played for an hour before heading to work. Even though that meant getting up at 3:40 in the morning instead of 5:00

Marketing, seriously? Don't be naive. It's not that this is a "new" DLC. People are waiting for it long enough. EA doesn't need any marketing on this.
