EA get money from Micromurks to release the DLC two month earlier on the Xone. This savings could be passed on to the PS users. That we have to pay less.

They really need to get their sh*t together. This issue is really annoying. I don't know if it's just EA/BioWare, other games don't have this problem. Every freaking time they release a dlc. Europe has to wait one day longer. I mean...it's not a new game release. So it should be available in every country at the same time.

And what makes you think you are entitled to free or cheaper dlc? Its amazing that we live in a world where tipping a pizza delivery guy 10-15% is expected, yet paying for dlc which requires significantly more work is considered taboo.

Actually, Bethesda did it with with Skyrim's DLC. Is nothing strange. Beside, is just good (or sensible) marketing. The DLC have been out for much time, so is been already easily spoiled for many players. The reviews wheren't really great all in all, the hype for DAI is not so strong anymore, since is been half a year now from the launching, and TW3 is out and many are playng it or something else,
A little discount for a limited time on a product that have been waited for two month (instead of one) plus two days for europeans players, is just good tactic to help the sales of the DLC. 
Is a simple promotional tactic.

It isn't available to UK and Europe until tomorrow. And the US Playstation store hasn't updated yet, so...
Which is also not unusual because the US store can update any time between now and as late as 7pm EDT tonight. I remember being shocked when BE and DragonSlayer became available at 4:30pm EDT because that was early.

Possibly the XBox 360 people do. Microsoft usually updates at midnight or something like that.
It's why I always shake my head when Playstation users talk about taking a vacation day for DLC. If you work a normal 9-5 job in North America, there is zero reason to waste a vacation day because the DLC will almost never... ever... ever be available until close to quitting time or after anyways.
