The dev team are most likely working on multiple DLC at once. While the writers are still doing their bit on a future DLC the rest of the dev team will be working on/finishing another that will be coming out in the next few months.

Well Bioware typically release DLC every 3-4 months so we should be getting some info about the next DLC either this month or next if they stick to that pattern. I’m still crossing my fingers for some DA related info at E3.

No clue. Though it seems the team has been working on something for the game, at least judging from their tweets.

Given that Jaws of Hakkon dropped with almost no warning, I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same with the next dlc.

That was due to the exclusivity deal with PC and Xbox one. You'll notice a lot more coverage for the dlc happening now.
