The first armor you get is on Level 3, but you also get Schematics from Tier 1 - Tier 3 (unlock on the proper levels)

If you hit something that seems story heavy in trailers, then probably. Keep an eye out.

There is, I don’t quite get why people think there isn’t? They’ve been hinting at a deeproads/darkspawn DLC for months and they’ve said in multiple interviews we’re going to get some kind of DLC that wraps up some things related to Solas.
The dev's can’t actively talk about what they’re working on for various legal reasons so for the love of all that is Holy can people please stop taking their relative silence as “there’s no more DLC coming” or that their focus is purely on DLC like spoils of the Avvar.

The developers never confirmed a DLC related to Solas. It's been hinted about in a circuitous way, but not confirmed. Expecting one, or acting like one is guaranteed, is a recipe for disappointment if it doesn't happen later.
There is more story DLC coming, but we have no idea what it's about at this point.

I'm going to wait for the Steam summer sale to start (according to IGN it should start any day), and see if Origin responds in any way. Maybe they'll put another cupon which applies to DLCs?
I'm hoping for a moon men vs. the snake kings dlc. Werewolves and cobra men battling it out...very exciting!

Maybe, but I think Bioware's part of the EA presentation will be devoted to other things.
