Astrariums.

 

I have a huge fascination with stars.

Astrariums. 

 

Shards were too annoying and filler. And the reward for completing it sucked.

 

Glyphs were 1/2 the interesting and varied feature they could have been.

You know technically them announcing what new DLC is coming isn't a surprise, because we know one is coming..

 

 

I have to use a guide for Astrariums, and the shard near the dragon in the hinterlands, on the pillar, almost makes me forgo collecting them completely, but I really want the passive bonuses

meh, they have a little platform called youtube to announce the dlc. They don't need a big show to announce it.

I really didn't mind the Astrariums to be honest.

 

I like them if I can figure it out, but 20" SDTV, on PS3, with the window stretched off the screen so I can see the codex words, means that a lot of the time half the little picture is cut off

Well if they stick to their typical 3-4 month DLC cycle then releasing a DLC later this month/sometime next month is about right. Depends on whether the JOH exclusivity BS affected their schedules I guess.

While this is true E3 is a pretty big deal in the games industry, if you have something to announce that is where you try to announce it. It may not show up on the main stage with the big name releases like ME4 but a DLC being shown off on the show floor will still garner interest from gaming media sites.

Their official twitter tells people to post feedback in the feedback section of these forums. But... apparently they don't read it, so it's more like they're just telling people to shut up

What's your basis for believing that they don't read the feedback forum? If it's that they rarely reply there or they aren't implementing some requested changes, neither is proof of that.

There's plenty of evidence that the feedback threads are read.

What you won't see is comment about it, if the feedback is taken on board, the result will be in the next game.

That does not mean that every piece of feedback receives agreement or that every piece agreed with will see an in-game outcome.
