Sure looks like concept art, but why would they show concepts during sprint reviews?
That or the image is extremely poligony/stylized.

Yeah, looks rather like the styalized art style they use in prologue/ epilogue scenes, etc.  Could be from the game intro...?!?!???!???

It would be amazing if we could zoom in on regular objects during normal gameplay.  I often feel like I am missing out on cool art details in game because of no zoom.  I've always wanted to look more closely at those corpses strewn around Kirkwall.
