I missed the Griffon Keep one, but I'd say that the first one is too much of a stretch.

Don't take the leak at face value just yet. While it looks legitimate at this point, it looks like the intent of the survey was more to gather information for pricing. It may not reflect the content of the DLC we receive and even if it does that doesn't mean it will be the next DLC.

Unlikely since he can be dead in peoples playthroughs, doubt they’d want to bring back a character like that just for DLC. Then again I suppose they could pull a fast one and give him the same abilities as the elder one.

Yes, crunch is usually the slam leading up to completion of some project, we don't know what project though. Could be DLC, or could be a start on the new one, or something for another IP

It can be, but you can have crunch at any time during development, particularly before any milestones. In this case it is most likely to do with DLC and not another project as John Epler is the lead cinematic designer on Dragon age. While they’re still doing stuff to do with Dragon Age he won’t be moved onto other projects unless it’s absolutely necessary.
