Hm, the Polygon article says this is the first time Minrathous has been represented in the series, but I'm pretty sure David Gaider set one of the Until We Sleep (or whatever it was called) comics there. 

 

It's where that party first met Mae Tilani and the evil magister dude.

Yeah, it'll be nice to have some additional background on Tevinter for the next game (and lets' face it... I think they've given us enough hints DA4 will be set in the north... )

Also just a heads-up: I asked Allan to move this thread to the spoiler version of Scuttlebutt, since I agree with the people who suggested earlier that it's getting redundant to continue to have a non-spoiler policy here. That Polygon article is incidentally full of spoilers for Inquisition, and it's getting harder to talk about this new content without taking into account Inquisition's plot. 

 

It's been eight months since the game launched and I suspect that the overwhelming majority of people who read this regularly have already finished the game.

 

But if you haven't, just keep in mind that spoilers might become more common here soon.
