Honesty doesn't have an expiration date.

How am I supposed to trust anything they say in the future when "the truth" can change in six months?   Or they start wiggling around about what the definition of "content" is?

Between this and cutting lastgen consoles loose, this is just getting sleazier and sleazier.  :(

That's assuming their definition of "content" changed, and from what I'm reading, it appears that they've always meant 'story content' and never 'absolutely everything, including optional cosmetics'.

Send @blairkerrbrown some hugs. He deleted a shelved changelist that he shouldn't have. The swizzle is fighting back...

Not to mention Spoils of the Qunari being a cheap cash grab.

Entitlement now the most misused word on the internet.

No different than any other pack they did since ME2/DA2

In your opinion they aren’t. In many others opinion however…

I killed ten dragons.  There were certainly stories behind those.

I can't mount them on a wall why now?

Likely already turned into components and green fog, but that is based on my game experience....

ME2 and ME3, sure, but the DA2 packs were actually useful.

They at least had best-in-class armor and weapons (with all-new models for everything) and a full complement of accessories for the companions (to help offset their lack of armor choice).

These crap packs are almost entirely cosmetic (which I would typically prefer to overpowered item packs, but not for $5).

Perhaps for one Player, but another may like them. And while one may not want them for one Inquisition campaign, may be a fitting change for another.

I disagree. All the item packs for the Mass Effect and Dragon Age contained great items for use.

Whether an item is great for use or not depends on the player and doesn't really matter to the fact that Bioware has sold item packs in the past

Oh. I though there was a different point being made when I posted, sorry.

qs: Why a mage in DAI cannot hit/bash an enemy with their staff? Just as it was possible in DA2.

Mike Laidlaw @Mike_Laidlaw

complete overhaul of animation system meant we had to prioritize.

Which means DA4 will be 100X more polished than DAI. Sense a lot of the groundwork they did for Inquisition will help them move forward. I hope.

ME:A will probably help as well given that they're building on that groundwork as well.

While I also liked the animations and option, allowing the enemy to close does seem to be a lesser option for most Mages. Can wait until it works properly on the new engine.

Not to mention we finally won't have to suffer through them dumbing everything down for the last Gen console folks. Cant cut that technology fast enough.

It'll likely help them with RPG elements that Frostbite didn't really support until the DA team stepped in. But there's things the franchises need separately. Some textures and stuff are probably things that'll be a big help. Ex: that desert environment from the trailer.
