Technically that *is* free if you didn't already buy the game. Which I assume is a very limited number of people on this forum.

 

Likes for appropriate use of Tevine, though.

Meh you have to be subscribed to the PS4/ XB 1 multiplayer service to play it though, which I am not, hence have not enjoyed any DA I multiplayer yet.  Which I have heard its nowhere near as good as MEs but still...maybe one day...and if it were free then that day could be today.  

 

*snort*  I just wonder how long before the powers that be around here notice and start starring the word out.

Could also be useful for people who have the game on console, but wouldn't mind doing their multiplayer on PC where its free to connect. Assuming they have a PC that could run the minimum specs, I'd think this might be a pretty good thing for them. Keep your real game on your console, but get free multiplayer.

This may be an unpopular idea, but I hope Bioware considers making some of the agents companions in future games. We don't know a lot about them, so it could work without people feeling like they've missed out by not wanting to play MP. I know there is some animosity towards multiplayer, but there are character types in it that are worth exploring. For example, having a companion like Argent would present a fairly unique story telling opportunity. 

i really like this idea. You should put it in the feedback boards. (if you havn't already.)

Yeah, you cant even talk with MP agents in Skyhold. It would probably confuse some players.
I guess people playing MP cant have any nice things ... other than Isabela.

 

Perhaps MP agent's dialogue in Skyhold and a vibrant group of MP characters who match your party,

plus trophies your agents can display in Skyhold.

I have a question for you all. What annoys you about character creators? What would you change if you could? No wrong answers!

Moments like this tempt me to make a twitter account >.<. I would say the two most bothersome things in general for any CC are the lighting and the lack of any method to either save your face, or somehow record all of your options (even if it's just writing down selection numbers) so you can recreate the character later on or share them.

Lovely... The emotional faces allowed by the Frostbite engine are heart breakers, too. I guess we have some heavy angst to look forward to.

Hmm this could mean that there is more DLC coming after whatever the next big DLC is. By the time something gets to testing an artist has reviewed/redone/re-tweaked their work so many times that it will lose whatever emotional impact it has. Unless of course we're dealing with something that's like soul shatteringly tragic. My feelings of excitement are slowly turning into dread…

The only remaining hope I cling to is that Jonathan Epp (not John Epler, though very similar names) was actually the cinematic designer for Solas. Epler did The Iron Bull. And more, I'm sure, that's just who I remember doing specific characters.

 

Granted, Epp may be gone or on the ME team now or just not animating Solas this time around, so Epler very well could be stabbing the final daggers into Solasmancer hearts.

I mean, if we really do end up fighting off a Qunari invasion, Bull is going to be horribly torn no matter what you did during his personal quest. Either he left the Qun and now he actually has to take up arms against them, or he didn't and they might want him to turn on the Inquisition.

 

Mind you, while Eppler isn't Solas's personal cinematic designer, he is now the head of the cinematic design team, so maybe he did some Big Plot Scene involving a certain elf.

If you sacrifice the chargers then he could possibly turn on you, forcing you to kill him. If you save them, given that assassins are supposedly involved, he gets captured by the Ben-Hassrath and re-educated.  

 

Given Patrick Weekes proclivity for loads of angst I wouldn’t be surprised if something like this were to happen.

There're weekends when PSN offers access to PS Plus for free. You should try it out then.
