That art in the background though. They haven't used it in actual game and we've seen this before.
It looks familiar to me.
Might that have been DAO concept art?

Looks familiar to me, too. Can someone who has their copy handy maybe check the "Art of Dragon Age" book (or w/e its called)? I would, but its not here with me.

We've seen this during the period of DA:I development.

Checked it already. It's not there unless I've missed it. I've checked every page though.
Make me take Varric and make me cry when we find Bethany or Carver's skeleton down there.
Do it, Bioware.
Would you brave the darkspawn-infested Deep Roads in search of lost dwarven treasure? http://bit.ly/1eh50Lt #DAI
I guess we're going to see the Deep Roads in all of its past glory. Maybe Cadash can actually visit the Cadash's Thaig (Cad'halash), like the HOF.

So possibly a piece of concept art for a part of the game that didn't make the cut?
Didn't a dev say there was supposed to be a Deep Roads segment in the Adamant storyline involving the Architect or somehting? *SPECULATION INTENSIFIES*
You know, maybe we're going to destroy or close off the Primeval Thaig. It's where red lyrium originated.

I imagine based on them not being able to speculate or touch on DLC too much, it would mean that a DLC is pretty close if they are releasing this info (especially since Deep Roads DLC has been hinted before) - I would imagine in the next 1-2 weeks it'll be released.
All things considered, Qunari vs. Darkspawn in the Deep Roads might just be some level of epic. How successful do you suppose the Qunari would be?
I'm pretty sure it was in DA:O.
Haven't seen that art before DA: I, so I'm not sure.

It would take a sizeable army to make serious progress down there.

I don't think we'll see much of Qunari army in this DLC. It appears that either that leaked survey was talking about a hypothetical piece of DLC that's yet to come (maybe), or it was all a false alarm.
All the teasing here is amusing, but I can't say another word.

No matter whatever that was, I'm just shoving the bits and pieces together from what everyone has been speculating.

Someone get me a car battery, jumper cables and a set of pliers.

Even ignoring the survey leak, there's the fact that Spoils of Qunari has come out recently and it likely includes in-game assets that will be used in a real DLC, like how spoils of the avvar was assets from JOH. If deep roads is next, Qunari being involved in it is a possibility, imo. Specifically the item pack has Arishock armor, possibly indicating we'll see him or the antaam in general.
Has anyone been keeping tabs on the social media accounts of whoever Sten's VA is? Assuming he even has them, I mean. Maybe he's been in the Edmonton area for voice work over the last few months and we all missed it. lol

You're crazy.
This forum will be filled with rage when they announce its a MP DLC.
Not really sure MP DLC would have anything to do with the search for lost dwarven treasure.
A treasure from Sandal left behind ?
