They'll more than likely use the WoT concepts for Darkspawn. The Ghouls in Inquisition basically look like carbon capies of those illustrations, though the Shrieks definitely look too close to Venatori rogues lolYeah, since they weren't used in DA2, I haven't seen them in so long I couldn't tell.
I thought they may have mixed the background, but that doesn't make sense (all the others are shots directly from the games).

So the Blight ("but where do the darkspawn come from?") stems from the "Lost Treasure of Nugerath"? 
I'm now picturing one of the magisters, fresh in the deep roads after being kicked out of the Fade, opening the ark of the covenant Nugerath's treasure vault and having his face melted off with blight. I can't tell if I find it funny.

To be fair, some of us enjoyed the friendship arc quite a bit. (Or at least I did.) I don't need a romance to care about/be interested in a continuation of that story.

So was the week before. Same thing. They just tweet that to get more viewers. Let's face it #DAIMP was fun for 2 months maybe.

This is the best news for me. The book has been delayed twice.
You speak of them as if they are separate from EA. Bioware is a brand of EA, a division like EA Sports.
Well, yes, they have some seperation, like you said they're a division.
I like to think of EA like Sauron's forces and Bioware like the Shire when it had been conquered. They're still all part of Mordor, I just feel more empathy for one "division" than the other.
