I like how everyone here is under the assumption that it must be one or the other (SP or MP) is it really so hard to believe that they could be releasing both at the same time?

Yes, for many reasons (QA and certification, marketing, support, etc.).

They're not going to prep two big product launches for the same day.

Well, Mike Laidlaw did mention on his twitter that there's DLC coming... twice in last 24 hours

That's gotta mean something right, also few minutes ago we had a guy on reddit who posted ''details'' of DLC supposed to come out this Tuesday, wont go into details but It sounded more than GOOD, unfortunatly it got deleted by mods there, but guys if it has anything true to it, this is gonna be more than great even, sounded like BioWare wants to make things right for all the angry fans

 

EDIT: Btw if its legit then there will be tears like loads of tears

Some shock moments is what was missing from DAI so the talk of some big, possibly sad moments has me excited actually.
Makes this dangerous world actually feel dangerous then.
Varric is the obvious one as many of the characters have story immunity or can be dismissed or not even recruited in the first place. Can't kill the advisors either as that messes up the war table.

Dangerous moments and intrigue where we don't know how it will go is one thing. Get our heart pumping, leave us wide-eyed and "holy ****"ing about the scene. I'd love that. But something like watching companions get their heads lopped off or having to fight them for some reason and being told we should feel sad for it would irritate me just a bit. If all the mass murder we did fighting through the mage/templar wars or with all the bandits and things didn't tell us that the world is dangerous and bloody, something went wrong somewhere.

I though if this is the case It would have to be huge to involve all the possibilities and I would really have to think itt would be post game if there is any real danger to our companions and other thing along emotional thing I would think people were kinda saying

We're not talking about a full game, but a mysterious post hardly anyone has seen that supposedly spoils the upcoming DLC, yet 'reveals' elements of the story that are verrrrrry hard to believe in.

I also saw that post with my own eyes, and yes, it was a pile of garbage. Three protagonists aside, it went along the lines: "Size of Awakening; has qunari plot AND darkspawn plot AND ancient elven lore. Also, answers all your questions and binds together all the plotlines from DA:I. Also, Morrigan."

AS IF.

Of course, no links and no sources were offered.

Whoever made it, could at least have tried harder.

It's safer not to encourage believing such things. Most people that post these fake stuff do put thought into it so it's believable enough. I remember back when ME3 was being made and people were trying to guess the romances, someone had gone to great lengths to make people believe (even though the character DID end up being romanceable), that Kaidan was a romance for male Shepard and wrote a fake script romance dialogue to do it that was pretty in-character. People went nuts.

 

From what I'm hearing about this reddit post, the guy just merged all the speculation about dlc people were having along with the hints Bioware's been giving?
