Rock star failed me with lack of a Red Dead sequel.

Well combination of layoffs at Rockstar San Diego after it launched then helping R* North with GTA V and every Rockstar game taking forever and a day to make your wish of Red Dead 3 could still happen... One day!

 

They are overdue a Midnight Club first though.

You are right, but I imagine BioWare sitting at their huge huge table for 50 people saying '' Hmm what do we tweet today, we already did some codex entries about dwarves and stuff'', and someone else goes like '' Lets post some party banter to mess with them, It will take some time to go throught them all and lets put Varric into it so the dwarf chain is not broken!''

EDIT: I think there's a decent chance we might not hear anything until the DAIMP challenge ends the weekend of 8/7-8/9 (but maybe instead it'll come out then - we can always hope!); my point here was just that I wouldn't have expected anything substantial today.
