Yes its confirmed a bug but its still there nearly 9 months after launch I doubt it will be fixed now (along with probably all those other bugs, I still don't think ability rings work and I am still not 100% sure bleed works properly!)

 

Thus its now canon Dalish Inquisitors are a bit stupid.

Another bug. The random encounter system really cannot handle save/load (it not only breaks the spawn logic, it also breaks XP scaling for enemies that are already spawned).

Venatori and red templars aren't supposed to show up that early, so there is no check on the remarks for them.

Well, yeah, I assumed it was a bug. lol Unless Bull knew something from those Ben Hassrath reports that he wasn't sharing with me and really should have been...

Don't worry the Inquisitor will vanish (but totally didn't, probably looking for a way to remove the mark or something, over there out the way, not near you at all, shut up about them!) between the final DLC and what ever the next Dragon Age will be.
