Good to see you're onboard, uzivatel. :P

Did I forget toothbrush and hot tub? Josephine could get those ... she may be the only one in Inquisition using toothbrush in the first place.

How would Charter pose a security threat to the Inquisition???

Some of the people the advisors brought seemed more loyal to them than the Inquisition itself.

On Page 261 of WoT Vol. 2, there is a description of a master spy called The Black Hart. The entry mentions that the Hart's last known alias is Charter.

That elf woman appears several times during the game...

Charter would make an excellent spymaster, if we get to choose, she would definitely be my choice. The dialogue she has with the noob human spy in Haven is pretty cool and shows how her clever mind works.

I'd be down with Charter, tho I'd want more Charter storyline first. Flesh out the character a lil bit.

I'm pretty sure she's voiced by Anora's voice actress, Mika Simmons. She'll also prompt a few DAMP rounds.

I'm getting unreasonably happy whenever I hear Captain Rylen at the beginning of my match.

Dear lord. 5 HOURS of DAI party banter, collected. Spoilers, as you might expect. Good job, team.

User

pity it doesn't work really well while playing the actual game :) 1h running around and awkward silence.

If I could wave a wand and fix 100% of the cases (that aren't just "out of content), trust me, I would.

You know what is sad about how much banter alone is in Inquisition; you're about half way through a game for a lot of games.

I was replaying Origins and I forgot about certain areas that always trigger party banter. They should have left that in DAI. That will be something worth putting into the next DA game or heck maybe in the next DLC if possible.

Yeah I wish there were area triggers too, I get what they were trying to do though, instead of there being large areas where nothing happened and only certain areas where people talked, ideally with the new system they would talk anywhere and at any time.  To bad it doesn't seem to work that way.  Although I've seemed to be able to get triggers on the storm coast by running along the water, then up by the Grey Warden scouting location, and back and it usually triggers regularly doing that.

It can't work the same way though. Trigger points only work in Origin because the map is much more constricted so player movement is much more predictable. You're always going to cross those points if you want to traverse a map.

In Inquisition, the open world makes those trigger points almost impossible to implement. They actually do exist in some form, but only because the player is bound to cross certain landmarks triggering an environmental speech by a companion. However the player is only likely to cross it once or twice, so making it a permanent banter trigger point is not as sensible.

They'd have to use some other algorithm, like crossing boundaries or lines rather than spots. Maybe make them concentric circles or something and force a resting period between triggers to prevent spamming if you happen to cross the line several times in the same minute.
