My deepest condolences to everyone who cannot play the next dlc because of time and work restraints. Another busy season will start next week and there wasn't anything to play for the entire summer which was relatively calm.

BioWare have Monday off because of some kind of Canadian holiday, so the absolute earliest we're likely to hear anything is Tuesday, Edmonton time.
I completely forgot about it before now, but EA will be doing a Gamescom press conference on August 5 at 10am Central European Time.

Chris Wynn mentioned something about it. But so far he's the only dev, so I'm not going to get my hopes up. If it were something important they'd of put it on their official schedule, and devs from Canadian studios would be attending. We'll just have to wait and see on Wednesday I guess. 
Well if they were to repeat what they did with Jaws of Hakkon we only need to wait for today or tomorrow to see if there is a patch, as patches would be in the hands of Origin/Microsoft and Sony they would be unaffected by Canadian holidays, BioWare could have a timed release blog post if it was set for today.
So far their track record has been release a patch then announce the DLC relevant to it after the Xbox One has 'leaked it' the patch is live. 
I was starting to get worried that there wouldn't be any big SP DLC and all we'd get is the lame stuff packs and the okay-ish map expansions like Hakkon but that tweet from Mr. Laidlaw makes me feel better. Hopefully we'll see something at Gamescon.

Oh I am not saying its not appropriate I am just saying EA has a lot to talk about in 1hr most if not all of it are brad new games, DLC for a 9 month old game would be lower on their marketing priorities no matter how much we want it.
I think today is a great day for Bioware to release something. Just when we least expect it since they are all off today. They seem to favor the unexpected.

More likely they will release the DLC tomorrow and announce it at Gamescom. Trailer comes in October.
You missed a step, it will go live on Xbox One today, then release tomorrow

- Star Wars: Battlefront,
- Need for Speed,
- Maxis has all but said there is a Sims 4

Its like reverse E3 for the EU, staying up till 2am to watch Bethesda's E3 conference was interesting
