I think I'd prefer a large opening in the ceiling, so I wouldn't have to hurt my head wondering how a gigantic winged creature like that would make a habitat out of the deep roads. It'd just be a den then.

Huge, deep cavern where it's able to fly in.
I.. don't think Scalebound is ripping off Dragon Age in any way.
Well the green arm and the dragon are questionable.
Lots of RPG's have dragons so I cant see the issue there and his dragon arm (what is kinda cool) reminds me of Nero's Devil Bringer from DMC 4.
In the Deep Roads they could always have an archdemon, or an untainted Old God. Though that'd be a big bell to ring for a DLC.
Legacy dropped something pretty big on us in Corypheus.
Awakening had a lot of content - I know they said it won't be a full blown expansion but I could see it being a sizeable DLC, even JoH was like 8-12 hours.
Okay EP:
Does anyone else think Bioware find an excuse to put a High Dragon in the Deep Roads?
The Old God that's possibly beneath the Western Approach would technically be a High Dragon...

There are only two old gods left, I'm skeptical that they'd have us fight one of them or head off the Sixth Blight in a DLC. We only scratched the surface of the darkspawn magisters.

One would assume a future DLC would be: set post game, raise the level cap (its easy to hit cap with JoH), get new zones, get new more powerful gear and maybe a new mark ability, last a good 8-10 hours.
Thats basically an expansion at that point.

Imagine talking to an untainted Old God in its prison just before it gets corrupted... o.o
Does this mean 'really, really soon'?
Edit:
Is this part of a whole picture? Something hidden in black?

Indeed. I am hoping for tier 4 versions of the Pre Order Gear and the gear you got with the DE.

Imagine being the reason said Old God gets corrupted in the first place. In fact wouldn't that be awesome if that is the reason you have to decide the fate of the Inquisition later on.
Well it's possible, Maric and the Warden group he was with DID encounter one in the Deep Roads, so I wouldn't be surprised to see one (in The Calling).
At least I think it was in the Deep Roads. They were searching for another Warden, encountered a Dragon, then a Sloth Demon if I recall.
Might be a ... sketch of Varric's chest hair? XD
It could in seriousness be a bit of a map of a new area. The maps of indoor areas tend to look like hand drawn sketches.
Or perhaps a slice from a new treasure map? That actually seems more likely since that image has so many pencil marks. The interior maps I mentioned are indeed sketchy, but also a bit cleaner than that, I think.
LOTS OF SPECULATION FOR EVERYBODY
Dude. That was too painful even all these years later. Make it stop.

Buddy told me the Nugs are back on steriods (powered up)? Last I checked we finished the weekend challenge didnt we?
Yup, they're accidently beefy. When we turned off the Giants we turn on SUPERNUG again. They'll be back to normal in ~1hr
Watch this be related to the new comic book or some other media tie-in and not the DLC.
