Good thing I get paid to be here....
Well I don't get paid to be here but I like arguing so it works out for me, too. I wouldn't if I was a dev though.

Still nothing?
*deep sigh*
This lack of any substantial DLC beyond Hakkon is irritating.

Don't fret, my friend, it's only like 8:26 a.m. on that side of Canada, I think!
Some Exalted March reference?DLC is coming, eventually.

I simply come here to learn, to applaud, and occasionally offer what I hope is constructive criticism. And of course, to please my growing Ignore list of fans....

SOON.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is now in The Vault for all members! Download now in the EA Access app. http://bit.ly/1M4Y4yu
I think that's all about DAI.
Unfortunately, I think the lack of communication between Bioware and the fans is our own fault.
We drove them away with our bickering, hate speech, cruelty, complaining, whining, bitching, moaning, and threats. I wouldn't want to come here either. Bioware's going to be blasted if they do or if they don't. If they release it "Why didn't you take longer to make this DLC!" "This DLC is too hard!" "This DLC is too easy!" "This DLC isn't about Solas!" "Why is this stupid DLC all about Solas?" "I hate you for not releasing this earlier." "I hate you for not releasing this later." "Why didn't you release this on last gen consoles" "Why the hell did you waste your time releasing this on last gen consoles??" "Why the stupid deep roads! Everyone hates the deep roads" "Why didn't you go to the deep roads! That's my favorite place!" "I paid for this deep roads DLC and Sandal wasn't in it. I want my money back!" "Why the hell was Sandal in this deep roads DLC wasn't he in Orlais?"Screw Bioware!"
I'm my own person, but i'm happy to get most content they release, and i've always found some usefulness in pretty much anything they've put out. Only DLC i've passed on is the Spoils of the Qunari until they fix it.
At this point i'm just wanting an idea on when to expect this DLC, "really soon" was what? 2 weeks ago? Maybe it is different in the development world, i'm sure guys like Mark Darrah and Mike Laidlaw have a lot of stuff going by their desk every day and it seems like it is moving fast and they will take every extra minute that can get.
The teasing has been fun and all, but after the one yesterday, I really don't want another 1-3 weeks worth of it, i'd like to at least hear "give it a month" or something. Maybe i'm being unrealistic though.

I wonder if DLC is coming takes the same amount of time as Winter coming in Westeros.
While I do want Bioware to give some news on the DLC, I am just happy we're getting dlc and I don't mind them taking their time. I want to hear something about it out of eagerness, I'm not really mad at Bioware for holding out. Most my distress is really playful. I'm not really up in arms over it.
The only thing that really bothered me was being told to tune into the stream two weeks ago for "a look at what's coming" which seemed like they'd mention something Interesting... I watched the whole stream and got nothing. My problem was the teasing and lead up to nothing and mainly because English isn't my first language so keeping track of that whole stream gave me a headache with such all over the place conversation , but I did that with the hopes of learning something for Sp/MP
However... It was a big let down.
I can see why people are getting upset because "really soon" for them has passed. But Bioware is on its own really soon time. Also, I believe maybe it's taking a while because they always want to make up for the things the fans complained about in other content.
I.E : people didn't like the lack of story or dislike of It (in their opinions, I liked the story) in JOH. No matter many people's opinion, I believe Bioware is a company that really does try to please their fans so I think maybe they're taking longer with stronger content.
Maybe not. Either way, I'm glad we're getting another DLC and am just eager to get into DAI again because I love the game. Got it on release for 360. When I bought my PS4 (a month before past gen dlc cancel) , DAI was the first game I bought and have played it several times through on ps4 just like on 360. I love the game so I'm happy for new content.
Here here *bangs glass upside down on table* I got it on two consoles too, only the second game I own for multiple platforms. Love it dearly.

This kind of answers the ;what direction will the Inquisition take after Inquisitio'. It could have been politicians, diplotmats, Jedi Knights...but nope you have an actual Inquisition going on.
Lol Elite. Nice title.
Dat thread title change. ![]()
Also, as much as I'm dying for DLC news (of any kind)... I'm kinda more antsy about knowing what's going on with the Relics of Thedas contest. I just wanna know when they've finished selecting winners and all emails are out so I know whether I should keep habitually refreshing my inbox every. single. day. *stuffs knuckles in mouth and screams*
@User: @Mike_Laidlaw You guys got any plans for a revisit to Orzamar or Kal Shirok in the future? Missed exploring a populated dwarven city.
Mike Laidlaw@Mike_Laidlaw: @User Alas, any such plans would fall into the realm of spoilers. I will say that there's still lots of dwarven stories to be told.
Mike Laidlaw@Mike_Laidlaw: @User So it could happen, but I can't discuss any solid plans or timeline.
Feel like EA has really neutered them in terms of speaking on their game. It's kind of a bummer.
I wasn't on the forums at the time of DA:O or DA2, was it always like this?

They've teased us with so much about Deep Roads and Dwarven stuff lately, I think we all came to the conclusion the next DLC would certainly be about that. Now what we need do know is when...

I opened the thread and accidentally thought that the first sentence belongs to Mike who aks the audience if we're ready for exploration. Then I read the convo again and realized that the second sentence may mean that the wait may take at least couple of weeks more.
Oh well.
i still think there will be an announcement today just quietly
You are not alone and Its time BioWare hears us! ![]()
