I think he's just a bit pessimistic so he won't be disappointed.
People at Bioware are probably a bit nervous.
It's their (hopefully not butt ugly) baby getting its first step into the world.

Gonna be hard to concentrate during my lunch meeting today. Luckily, it is due to be over right at 1 (I am on the West Coast)... however I have to clean up after it. Wonder if I can somehow prod people in to finishing early so I can get back to my desk? Also, I am in a cube so it may be embarrassing when I start squeeing loudly at the reveal. I wish I had coworkers who were in to DA. :/

So, many great looking games. I also like that sunset overdrive. too bad their audio is fubar! how embarrassing.

At the end of the day, I must say I am in awe of the talent and hard work of all of these designers. It's amazing what they do.

Well the witcher 3 looked like Skyrim with Geralt in it.
I'm sorry but it just screamed SKYRIM so loudly...It's a shame the franhise had enough personality to stand on his own.
Doesn't mean that it didn't look good ^^.

Anyway I hope DA3 won't make the same mistake , I bet it will scream exploration too , but I hope it will keep the rpg element .
Like your pc mission isn't all about frolicking happily in the wood , there is a story!

Yup. So far what I've seen of TW3 is huge but flat landscapes rendered with the usual boring photorealistic art-style à la Skyrim. Cool monster design, though.

I'm hoping DAI will scream FANTASY WORLD OVER HERE! and not just "Look at this forest, the light is amazing! It looks so real!"

I also feel bad for the tech folks.  Sometimes things just go wrong for no descernable reason.   <--- Been that tech person.

Battlefield 4 looked awesome. I also for some reason liked the project spark seems pretty cool. Yeah bioware make sure the presentation is glitch free

Yeah Project Spark seems like a really cool unique game I bet it's hell of fun with a group of friends.
