@user: @Mike_Laidlaw when are we getting DA pop vinyls like ME?

Mike Laidlaw@Mike_Laidlaw: @user Spoilers!

@user: @Mike_Laidlaw but seriously though, DA pop vinyl's would be amazing. I'd buy them all. :)

Mike Laidlaw@Mike_Laidlaw: @user Yeah, I dunno. I'd like to see some high quality figures of various styles myself.

@user: @Mike_Laidlaw Will Val Royeaux finally get a Tim Hortons?

Mike Laidlaw@Mike_Laidlaw: @user Gawd, I fuckin' hope so...I mean SPOILERS

@Mike_Laidlaw: Turns out there is a level of dismissive, if mild, belligerence at which I will actually just block someone.

@user: @Mike_Laidlaw do I wanna know what you get in your inbox everyday?

Mike Laidlaw@Mike_Laidlaw: @user It's overwhelmingly positive, in think in part because I do not try to antagonize. When people are upset, it's cool.

Mike Laidlaw@Mike_Laidlaw: @user I don't mind them telling me. But there's a point at which it's just yelling. Rarely happens.

@user: @Mike_Laidlaw That you respond at all sometimes amazes me. Most fans don't have this much access to content creators.

Mike Laidlaw@Mike_Laidlaw: @user Well, I try! It seems to work.

I told him he needed to start ogre punching people last night, but he said he wasn't tall enough.

@user: @Mike_Laidlaw Question: Since Corypheus was originally human wouldn’t it be fair to say that he’s a unique ghoul, rather than a Darkspawn?

Mike Laidlaw@Mike_Laidlaw: @user I would say he defies categorization.

I was always wondering, why is Corypheus so tall, and he used to be a human?

Quick, someone tweet him asking if the Inquisitor can use their Anchor to slingshot their way across the Fade right into the Black City.

These are the things I need to know. (Mainly because I just said to Morrigan if it was possible, I'd use the Anchor to gain entrance to the Black City!).

Well... he also has a helm/lyrium/hood melted into his head as well as what looks like ship's bow in his chest... not exactly human features as well, so I assume that all his deformities - as well as size - are all thanks to the Blight :)

It might be due to his incarceration during Legacy; after all, it was quite a lengthy stretch....

The only area with trees I saw looked like it was open to the air.

The lyrium stalactites scream underground to me…

Hm, didn't notice those.

I'm guessing the answer is 'lyrium'

One thing that caught my eye on twitter (can't paste it in here right now because i'm at work) was that Descent was mostly produced by Bioware Austin. This freed up the rest of the team to work on "other" things.

So while I imagine it will still be a few more months before we see another DLC, it may not be as long as we originally thought. Maybe November?

Photosynthesis. If a cave is well-lit due to magical crystals, why wouldn't plants grow in there?

Spoiler

I think the lyrium might have created some kind of underground climate. The mists almost look like clouds, perhaps there's a miniature ecosystem type thing going on.

That’s what I’m thinking too. Maybe we’ll get it in time for the one year anniversary of DAI’s release. DAI came out around mid-November didn't it?

Believe it was 11.18.14, but seek confirmation.

I've decided to leave the grumps to their grumpiness and I'm taking a half day Tuesday off work and ordering pizza. I'm going to thoroughly enjoy my "boring" dungeon crawl on my fancy next-gen console. <3

Well don't they pipe lava down there to keep the tunnels warm and lit?

Will be thoroughly enjoying it also (but on PC). I love dungeon-crawling!

I really hope it will be November... after all, isn't December usually insanely busy for most people?

I'm just wondering how much "mostly" is.  I'm guess the writing was still Edmonton but how much did Austin do beyond building the bulk of the areas?

Huh BioWare Austin actually does something useful (partial sarcasm ™) :P
