I've been playing on Win10 for over a week and game runs smoothly
I've actually noticed an improvement to both graphics and game play. The windows 10 graphics drive from AMD works seamlessly and I think the new OS is less of a memory hog. So, I'm very happy with 10.

One would assume today is patch day! That is if the DLC needs a patch to work.

I'm going to assume its Multiplayer Assets for the next MP DLC. That was the trend they had with Mass Effect 3, with each major patch, there was a lot of MP goodness to be datamined (Maker bless that Geth soldier announce, but Maker damn the Hunter mode they had!)
When its finished downloading, you guys and girls could check to see if any changes have happened in the Storm Coast or anything

I doubt anything will change, it will just be a new icon on the map like Hakkon/Black Emporium.
I buyed 25 of this 2000 chests in the mutliplayer and I have not get the Silent Sister.
You can not even make the armor to unlock it.
