I would suggest you try to get in touch with EA in Brazil, or someone on the DA team.

 

As I said, they fixed up Australian pricing pretty quickly last time. The DLC was $25 (and $15 in the US) but they dropped it to $20.

 

Like Boost32 said. Brazil is in a VERY BIG economic crisis.

 

Even if R$50 is very expensive for a DLC... The Sims 4 DLC are sold at R$65-80, actually is the same price of the game itself. Another example is Fallout 4, the game is going to cost R$249,90 here in Brazil... That's just unbelievable, our country is ruined.

This DLC has had more cutscenes in the past 10-15min than what feels like most of the base game! Yay!

On an unrelated note, did anyone have their Dragon Props decor disappear after Patch 9? Drapes are still there. You can select "dragon" under Decor, but the statues are gone.

Did not try that, but didn't have to when I equipped them on a different Inquisitor back when they first released. Guess I'll try a full system reboot after work.

well you need to unlock skyhold first, i belive though that you need to be at least level twelve to make any progress

From what I've heard you can unlock it after getting to Skyhold (just like JoH), so you can play it since then. But I've also heard that enemies get harder as you progress and you may need to level a bit before going further.

I think the level is scaled I started at cap (27) and everything has been Lvl 27 also BioWare's definition of making things harder is

That's good to know, thanks! While JoH is nice if you play through the game anyway it certainly lacks a "DLC" feel for me because it feels so inconsequential if you come back to DA:I for it. Sounds like Descent will be different in that regard.
