Ok, is this DLC actually subject to specific country's video game taxes when jaws wasn't? Jaws of Hakkon was $17.99 Aud for me when it was released, but Descent is $24.99 Aud (video game taxed) I thought a Bioware employee said at one point that the DAI DLC's weren't going to be subject to the taxes, something Bioware didn't want to happen.

$24.99 for Australian PC players again - wonder if that's an error or if they'll stick with it this time (I still had the $5 refund from JoH in my PayPal account, so I only spent the $20 I expected. LOL.)

 

I think I'll try to get some sleep while it downloads.

The Descent is available on brazilian Origin for R$29,90 now. Maybe it was a mistake after all...

Interesting. When I did a search under Dragon Age in Origins Descent did not show as an option. When I did a search for Descent on Origins the DLC was available. Guess I'll order out for dinner.

I paid $19.99 for JoH on PS4 a few days after they lowered the price, not $17.99.... weird. 

 

Also, it's $23.99 AUD on PS4 and $24.99 AUD on Xbox One o___O

 

Given the current exchange rate I don't think it's the worst conversion in the world, and I don't think they're applying any taxes in particular. $15 USD DLC packs tend to fall around $20+ Australian now, unfortunately.

Oh I'm not worried, was just curious since it was 25 bucks ahaha (I did buy it), I'm used to paying $20-$40 for add on content in AUD prices. It's more when it gets hit with our video game tax *mutters*.

 

And you're right, I paid $19.99 for Jaws, not $17.. I think I'm confusing it with the Spoils which were $7.99.

Walked into this DLC with about 10,000 gold. I now have nearly 400,000 gold.

I ended with something like 700,000 gold, Thedas's economy must have tanked.
