All of the leaked surveys I know of have been rather accurate so far.

Laidlaw pubicly acknowledged popular demand for a continuation of the story, even if that means getting yet more questions rather than answers. Mandatory Weekesian teasing aside (and it's the best teasing), there will undoubtedly be a follow-up, one way or another.
Qunari invasion sounds a bit much though.

We recently got a DLC in which one of the very last words Inquisitor spoken was "I'm leaving with more questions than answers".... so considering THAT and the accumulation of questions and speculations we already have, I'd prefer we got something that provides some sort of coherent explanation to at least some things, and not tie everything into a Gordian Knot of massive proportions until DA4, or maybe even DA5 ^^;

Maybe not as much if you go back to the events of DA Redemption.

.... What are the odds

I had to google that because I honestly forgot about the miniseries. It was well-made, but kinda awkward to watch. But hey, Doug Jones and a bit more lore I guess.

But you added much needed context that could well be relevant in the next weeks (hopefully so). But enough random comment from me lest we attract the wrath of the Pinecone. ;)

I never care about his wrath. I once said in this very no spoilers section that Corypheus is in DA: I, so you know...:)

The wacky thing is it just came to me in a flash today.

It does present potential connecting tissue between the end game and the mention of qunari in the survey.

I hope it helps. I also hope I'm right and one of the dev has seen this. Because would love to get an 'oh crap, somebody is paying attention.' :)

How canon is Redemption supposed to be?

As canon as anything in this franchise, I think.

I would be astonished if the McGuffin from the series turned out to be relevant though.

Same as Rise of the Seeker or any other ancillary material.

Possible...

Its funny that they said that because I didn't really leave with more questions then answers.  That aside though the last place you want important plot details to be summed up left and right is DLC.  And its not like they haven't done exactly this before.  The Witch Hunt kind of set up the plot to DA I.  A game two games out.  And the whole Qunari thing set up in DA 2 and DA 2s 'Mark of the Assassin' has not been resolved yet.  Hasn't even really been teased.  The more plots they leave hanging the more they can wrap up in future installments in one epic show down and the more they keep us coming back for more.  If done successfully.

Pretty much!

The last DLC may turn out to be what PT was supposed to be to Silent Hill, only less frightening. Except the fans of [redacted] who above all have reaaon to be afraid.

Although I'm far more interested in the hints at Sera being more than she appears. Elves eh?

What time is the BioWare PAX panel?

(Man, my parents are going to be staying with me and I've got a friend's birthday party the next day. But I would be lying if I said I planned to be anywhere other than parked on the couch with my tablet at three a.m. waiting for the announcement. I will just have to squee quietly to avoid waking mum and dad.)

So I don't know what this says about me but I spent all of my Friday night reading a very creepy book about murdered little children, and since I just now finished and realized its 2 am and my husband is busy playing gta17 or whatever, I came to the Twitter thread for comfort. Cuz I am certifiably creeped out now lol

Excellent! It's 9:30 in the morning here, so I can actually get some sleep. I just need to be sure to very gently throw my parents out of the house before it starts ...

Same for me... Not bad, but I'll most likely not be able to watch it, because there's possibility I'll be away and without internet connection  <_<

But hey, that's good news! Good things happen when I can't be online!

I like level 27. Its a good place. Comforting, like family. Im content to stay there forever.

I hate the level cap.
But the limitation is a little more complicated than that...
To raise level cap:
1 - They would need to raise the level cap, yeah, I am sherlock holmes
2 - They would need a new tier of equipments, and probably a new tier of material, which would be very complicated
3 - They would have to give us a new ability tree, possibly more habilities in the "Inquisitor" tree or a specialization expansion, a second tree...
4 - More abilities however are kind of pointless now since 8 slots limits would make it quite a nightmare to manage or render old skills useless

So in short, we would need an expansion-like-DLC which we know is not going to happen. And that makes me sad. Then yes, level 27 better be the level cap.

Not quite. The things you’ve mentioned would indeed be the knock on effect of raising the level cap and while doing all of that would be time consuming that's not what is actually stopping them.  The reasons they can’t raise the level cap are related by the sounds of things to how a lot of the games systems have been designed and coded. They can’t raise the level cap without having to overhaul those systems completely and they simply don’t have the time or people to do that.
