They didn't show much of anything. It was interesting but not something that got me excited.

I expect at least a *little* of this: #DA3
I did that a little while ago for KH3.

I can't tell actors apart unless they have wildly different looks, and still I spend many movies going who had what hair cut so I know who is talking.
my point being, I think that it being done from within game is supposed to knock our socks off? many people love visuals, and the devs are really excited about it being pretty. I think for visual people it is a marvel, but I can't tell the difference. All the same, if its visual I can understand the hype more, not my thing but something lots of gamers love. Is it rare to have visuals like that in games?

I guess I just am not a visual person. I love action movies, but I must be the only one that goes, another explosion? Another super high speed chase? But they are boring and just a bunch of lights. I am that person who can't tell the difference in darkspawn in the game. The art has always been so low a priority for ME since tech is so good these days that origins went beyond my highest bar looks wise. Anything better is just negligible in my enjoyment. I still try to tell the difference between HD and regular TV and for a long time I thought the whole thing was a scam until several people I trust told me they could tell the difference.

You might have severe vision problems, but some of those problems are actually indicators of several forms of mental illness.

Sometimes a single meal will be wonderful! but only once, and it is usually something I haven't had before, like curry. I would PM you but the new feature prevents that.
but anyway, faith restored Bioware! The game is beautiful, and that is supposed to be awesome. Not for me, but if it is in game rendition as they imply it is, then that is a feat worthy of blown socks.

I just want to know about game mechanics/concepts and then they can tease the fandom with endless blurry images of mysterious companions.

Glad to see I'm not the only one finding it problematic. Guess there might be a thread about it somewhere? *goes to hunt it down*karushna5 wrote...

It looks like you can send a friend invite. That is good when you know it is coming. But it may be harder for those trying to just move a heated debate off the threads and are not necessarily going to be able to agree and desire to be friends past that discussion, which will lead to trouble on the threads and bannings.
On-topic: I really, really want to know whose body Varric was leaning over and mourning. The distance shot looked like it was dwarf-sized, the close-up implied female and that there were two of them laid out similarly together. Thoughts?

My first thought was that it's a child's body because of how small the head is.

Lets drop the armchair psychology mkay?
Now that the trailer's been revealed are the devs gonna start talking more about the game? After this storm of panicked arm-flailing passes anyway.
