I saw Blackwall-banner as a good fit based on their deep emotions/regrets/angst and stuff. Not bringing the Hulk part into it since it's Banner shown, not Hulk'd haha.

Also a good point.

No, no.  Cole is Thor.

I can so see him slamming down a plate "ANother!" when drunk.

You know, I think, according to that picture, Cole is the refrigerator. lol Meanwhile, Solas is cooking everything (he's the one behind the meal, you could say) and Vivienne is the lady cleaning up everyone's mess. lol

I think we can all agree, however, that Cassandra and Black Widow are nothing alike. Should have put Leliana there instead. It's a better match, if not perfect. I think Cullen would have made a much better Captain America than Varric in looks and personality too.

Except that they chose not to add advisers to this :( . Otherwise, yup I'd agree with you completely there.

But that would have to involve treating the advisers equally to the companions, Banshee. They can't have that.

Didn't we do that in DA 2?

I really don't think there could be a better choice for Captain America than Varric.

Now I have this picture of Cullen in the Cap gear (sans mask) from First Avenger, but with the Inquisition heraldry in the center rather than the star.

DRAW IT

If I had any talent at drawing I would. I'm more a storyteller than an artist.

However, I've been playing with a mashup of this. It's kind of scary to find that Corypheus works as the Red Skull, and who needs an orb when you have an Infinity Gem.

Also Dorian as Howard Hughs... I mean Stark, is damn funny.

Wow they even have the mustache. That's even better than Dorian as Tony.

And the hair, definately the hair. At least in First Avenger/Agent Carter.

Varric and Captain America share a voice actor, though.  ;)

I saw it more of a motivational song for any given agent. So they used loose terms like "kingdom" because everyone was in their home before all the chaos started, running through the fields, with their children, not afraid, etc. As for the past tense, because I saw it as motivational, or simply for artistic license, it talks as if your victory is assured. Like "This is what we'll sing to our children" sort of thing. I don't know if that makes sense.

But your idea about elves makes a lot of sense, especially because of the "light of our dreams" part :)

I also thought it referred to the ancient elves. A lot of the lyrics seem to fit. Another connection just occurred to me. The line, "we held together the fragile sky" or alternatively "we held the fate of the demons flight" made me think of those veil artifacts Solas has you activate. We still dont know their purpose, but their elvhen and have to do with the veil. Huh.

Or, they are the DAI equivalent to the favor Anders had asked of Hawke and we're in for a nasty surprise.

"Just chat with the nice lady Elthina here a bit while I'm over there at the back of the chantry, doing stuff I can't tell you about."

Solas says they strengthen the Veil in the surrounding area. I know it's Solas but that didn't scream to me as something that was going to be a reveal later.

Well, its actually "we held the Fade and the demon's flight so far from our children and from our lives." Not "held the fate of the demon's flight". So basically they held the fade, either meaning they controlled it or they held it back, as well as held the demons flight, which I assume means directing demons away from their settlements/people. If there wasn't a veil at the time, they'd need to be able to do this to survive and thrive, I suppose.

I personally don't quite believe Solas on the elven artifact front. I do believe the artifacts strengthen the veil in the surrounding area, but I believe he leaves out that they do so by weakening it in others. Picture a piece of cloth. You bunch it up in in one spot, making it thicker there, but do so in two spots and you stretch it taut between them, increasing the tension in the cloth. I think that's what the artifacts are essentially doing. It would explain why activating 10 of them results in a quest where Solas is able to predict where a rift is going to occur. I think activating those artifacts is in fact resulting in a controlled ripping in the veil, as opposed to the chaotic unpredictable ripping happening due to the Breach.

But is he telling the truth to conceal his lies while he is lying?

If that makes any sense at all...

*enters Jack Sparrow*

"you lied to me by telling the truth?" .. "yes"

"that's very good, may I use that?"

And don't forget Cullen, cause you want the troops; you can't handle the troops!
