Well, you have seen Corypheus's socks. He's the Wicked Witch of the East. It could be a clue.
So if we're going by the actual book, who's the good witch of the north?
And to demonstrate how completely swiss cheesed my brain is, I just had this image of Morrigan singing Last Midnight from Into the Woods.

Mythal?
That does sort of work since North is supposed to be grandmotherly.

One could use reverse engineering, and check all the Codex entries from O-Z (believe this is how the original name was inspired). Or seek Ten men, scared crows, or the Coward in The Lion within the game itself. Also, listen for guards singling about Oreo's....
*has such fond memories of that film*

How about Flemeth then she is rather 'grandmotherly'

I'll post the writeups on the panels tonight. Diversity panel is great, but it's a lot of context needing...well, context. #BiowareBase

When vhs first came out my mother loved to watch it with us. It was Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind. I overdosed a little.
I read my way through the series one summer. It was amazing. Time well spent.

I could see the DLC starting off with everyone seeking out "the one who started it all" and after we settle that mess, it ends with the Qunari declaring war on Thedas and the screen goes black.
I hope this just remains a joke on my part and not remotely true.
I have a feeling the Qunari are not what they seem at all and this DLC is going to connect them, elves and Tevinter. Especially after a certain codex we find in Descent.
I recall that survey implying that we'll be dealing with the Qunari right from the get go... So the "one who started it all" being involved will probably be intertwined somehow. It feels like too much of a coincidence that the Qunari would attack at the same time "that one" is making some kind of move. I agree that the Qunari aren't what they appear to be, but I'm teetering around on what exactly and for what purpose. (Super soldiers? Sacrificial fodder?) I think they were originally elves, but the other part....
Speaking of "purpose", I keep expecting sulevin, to come into the picture in a big way. Too many little hints scattered about.

Have seen The Wizard of Oz over a score of times; GWtW only once. Best year (ie 1939) ever for quality films, IMO.

And Isolde as Glinda...Anora as West. I so want to drop a house on her. Actually I want to feed her to the Darkspawn. I'm vindictive.

That's why I hope my joke remains a joke lol but it seems like everything's going to be mashed together into one final DLC.

I agree on that score.
I'll admit one of my absolute favorites came out four years later. Casablanca. What a great film.

It's so annoying they put men like Tegan and Nate in a game and don't give me the option to bang them.
Amen to that.
Tomira the Herbalist in The Witcher 3 is the person I have to add to list of not having the option to bang.
