Oh hell yes, another DA novel. Sign me up for a day 0 hardcover special edition pre-order. 

 

The special edition should include an audio book of Fenris's voice actor reading the novel in Fenris voice, or no buy.

More Fenris in Thedas is always a good thing, imo. Plus it would make it extremely likely the novel, and therefore the next game, would have to do with Tevinter.

 

(And, I'll admit, I could listen to Gideon Emery read the tax code in Fenris' voice and still be enthralled. lol)

I wonder if we're going to get a hint in this DLC regarding those people who leave the wave symbol on some of our outposts. "Masters across the sea", or w/e. The fact its waves and the descrip of the symbol itself sounds like it could be Qunari, but they're coming from the wrong direction (east, not north) and the Qunari tend to announce themselves *as* qunari. I mean, even the Ben-Hassrath are clearly Ben-Hassrath when you catch them at it. I really want to find out about this mystery. Wouldn't it be a kick in the head if those guys were the ones invading Thedas (and Par Vollen was at stake too) and they actually gave the Thedosians and the Qunari a common enemy?

Pie in the sky, prolly, but I'd love it if they got Tom Hiddleston to audio book one of the novels. I think the only audio book he's done is "The Red Necklace" but it was really excellent.

My eldest guilts me when I eat bacon! She wants a nug to keep her minecraft piggy plushy company.

I just finished the game (again) and it's so weird watching the credits. Its like you know all these developers personally. You know, we don't, not really, but we see them interact with us on here or on twitter and it's kind of surreal sometimes.

We really have great devs.

Agreed. I've crack jokes with Patrick and some of the others on twitter. The names stop being just names, and it's made me a bit more aware, and respectful.

I've never seen another group of devs who are as wired in as Bioware. That and the fact they WANT to be connecting with the fanbase puts them in another class.
