[me]: Do you know if y'all are going to be at PAX Prime this year?
Aaryn Flynn @AarynFlynn: Planning things like that right now. We'll keep you posted! Some folks will probably be there "unofficially" at least
(Too bad PAX Prime sells out pretty much the moment it goes on sale. ;_

Comic Con (july 17~21)? Pax Australia (july 19~21)? Gamescon (august 21~25)? Pax Prime (aug 30~sep 2)?
I wish someone from Bioware would come the Brasil Game Show (oct 25~29), EA and the PS4 are confirmed to be there...
Maybe on an Game Informer cover??

I know Mike Gamble said they're sending some leadership people to Comic Con, but he's on Mass Effect as far as I know, so DA might not get a showing there. I know Gamescom is pretty big, and Bioware's games usually get some sort of appearance, but we are a very long way away from any releases this year.
The other thing to watch out for would be the EA Summer Showcase in August, it has trailers and a stage presentation too.

They're sending Chris, Cameron Lee and the Weekeses to PAX Australia, but the one panel they're doing is just billed as a chance to talk about Bioware generally, it's not DA or ME-specific as far as I can see.
Is there a schedule somewhere?
Edit: OK. I just found this panel - if not an actual schedule. Also, Dropbear Theatre? Scary.

Is there a schedule somewhere?I keep getting single updates from various people who are doing stuff without getting any kind of coherent picture.

I think the schedule will be up by July, not sure if they'll be at anything else yet.
(Also Chris is going to be in Brisbane for a bit after PAX for anyone who could meet up there)

But, surely if 4 people are coming all this way, they'll do some more stuff? I hope so. I'm sure they'll let us know. I know there are lots of panels like gaming as parents etc.

I thought Qunari had those red tattoo/ink on their bodies. Tal-vashoth had none(like the one the teaser...well his back didn't)
Unless some Qunari don't have it and I wasn't paying attention

To be honest I always forget how to spell Tal Vashoth , so I went with Qunari .
But yes he lacks marking , and has scars everywhere , and I think he didn't shave for the trailer.
So he's probably Tal Vashoth.

The game is a year and a half away, and a demo certainly more than a year away, I doubt Bioware even know what the PC system requirements are going to be yet.
Thanks for the reply.

Well, I was about to say PAX should have put up a schedule ASAP, but tickets sold out incredibly quickly, anyway, so why bother? Also, OMG Ron Gilbert.
I am forever steamed we don't have any really solid gaming conventions in the Bay Area.
I mean there's GDC, but that's not really for the public and it costs like $2,000 to attend.
We had Wondercon, which was great fun, but with the construction on Moscone I wonder if it'll end up staying in Anaheim forever.
There's Fanime in San Jose, buuut that's anime and mostly a cosplaying convention anyway.
APE is small press comics and webcomics (although Double Fine is usually there! SUCH NICE FOLKS UGH) and a couple potentially related meetings like Maker Faire.
ComicCon is 1. too crowded 2. too expensive 3. sells out too quickly 4. and is too far away.
:kicks rocks:

My guess is that we won't see anything new until the EA summer showcase and Gamescom, unless im missing some other big event during the summer.
On the last years, Bioware always had panels at Comic Con.
Ibet we will get some kinda news in there.
Maybe the name of that Qunari in the trailer, and some details about him...

I wonder if he just means "more" in general, or specifically "more" from Varric like a companion role. or possibly even a romance option?

IMO it's very likely that that was the Iron Bull. The character is important enough to be featured in the debut trailer and is the only Kossith we've ever seen with horns like a bull. If it is the Iron Bull then he is a Tal Vashoth.
