I answer exactly that question in @ladyinsanity 's interview she posted today somewhere around the 18-minute mark

 

Answer: Yes, Golden Nug will be available during Trespasser.

You begin in the Nutcracker outfit, but you can change your wardrobe afterward. "You will begin in the red, but there is a wardrobe available in the Winter Palace if you want to switch up."

Ashe is a nice interviewer, I feel like she asks pretty relevant questions because she's such a big fan of the games already and understands what a lot of fans actually want to know about.

(That's not to say there's not a place for something like the Game Informer interview, but it was cool to learn in the Laidlaw one just then that we can swap into a new casual outfit in the Winter Palace as well as being able to craft and modify everything like we were in Skyhold.)

That's a pretty good question. I'm going to be downloading the DLC for a save that I have right before I fight Corypheus.

 

I imagine if you change the uniform before you even face Cory-face it should be reflected in the DLC?

Now taking a page from GamerMD, that is one way to show one's dissatisfaction with a trial: have the Inquisition decked out in Plaidweave before heading to the Orlesian court! And make them look!
