Might take less than 4 years seeing as they won't have to shape an engine into working for what BioWare does and maybe they will plan for multiple payable races from the get go.

I honestly think EA is trying to get a BioWare game every year:

 

2014 - Dragon Age: Inquisition

2015 - Star Wars: ToR: Knighs of the Fallen Empire (with the massive changes they are making its basically a new game)

2016 - Mass Effect: Andromeda

2017 - Mysterious 'New IP'

2018 - Dragon Age: Subtitle

Just keep being hyped and think about how awesome will it be! I didnt want to be spoiled everything I mean I didnt even get to see 20% of the stuff there is, but one thing I can confirm and is not spoiler, is that Solas indeed wears ancient elven armor
