Oh god I feel like a real idiot right now. I tweeted a question to Laidlaw thinking I had found a new hidden feature. Turns out it was just a part of one of the Warrior spezialition quests. He told me to talk to the dragonage account for support. After repairing my game and a bit of back and forth I realized I am a nooby idiot. Serves me right for favoring playing as a mage. *hangs head in shame*

I think the truth of the matter is there just aren't a whole lot of people around on the forums in-between release phases. I've been mostly gone a few months though... are they quieter than usual today?

My current character I'm doing, I wanted to romance Cassandra. Instead of white-knighting and sucking up to everybody, I made decisions that I myself would make. Completed Unfinished Business, flirted with her, gave her her book, and I've yet to receive the Seeker quest or the cutscene where she asks about the flirting.

 

I think it's broken, which would infuriate me. It would mean I only have 1 character ready for Trespasser, and more importantly, I may not ever get her romance to trigger. I might look on Nexus see if anyone has made any saves in preparation for the DLC, with a Cassandra romance, otherwise it looks like I'm starting all over again.

 

I should of just went with Dorian lol. This is probably the Maker punishing me for switching my decision to Cassandra!

 

But yeah, rant over! I myself can't wait for tomorrow. At least I know the correct time for my zone on when the DLC will drop. So I'll definitely be busy until then!

I launched Origin just in case someone had slipped up and accidentally released it sooner and got excited when I saw a $12.99 DLC...

It's a holiday here in Brazil too, but not the same, haha. It's our Independence Day.

I don't remember the time PSN BR updates. Some say around 4PM, others around 8PM. I will be home on 6PM, so I hope to be able to buy and start the download ASAP. Even dismissed the RPG for tomorrow night.

It's a substitution cipher. It means "rotate by 13 places." Thus, A becomes N, B becomes O, and so on and so forth.

So what you are saying it will be 2am EST for Pc and by that 2:30am the 9^th for myself in South Australia. I am going to be that guy, why say you are going to release something on X date and not for a good portion of the world? Better yet why not say it will roll out on X date form our servers as rolling time stamp so we the consumer know which date to stay up for or not as it would be released per timezone. I say this because it is already 1pm on the 8^th and I am very sleepy but hay I am still going to buy it just sore that I was up till 4am last night and still had to work my way throughout a day just to have to do it again bagh. This is Just the musings of a sleepy man.

Yup... This gets easier to remember as you see the cycles of PlayStation and PC owners whining that they have to wait longer than those buying off of Xbox.

The advertised release date is for the country the developer's studio is in. This has been the case for every single DLC and item pack Bioware's released for DAi (so almost a year now) it's not a sudden change just for this one. 3am my time (9th) is simply a timezone thing, I think it's 10am-ish PDT on the 8th (I think that's an America timezone) which is spot on for release advertised.

 

*insert obligatory whine about xbox getting it 1/3 of a day earlier then PS4/PC*
