What's wrong?! I play on PC and I was planning on buying it and playing it after work today!

Man this is annoying, I've been waiting all day.

When you enter the first eluvian (not spoilers since we see them in the trailer) the loading screen just turns black and never loads. I've tried repairing the game and all dlcs, running in different windowed modes and all of my drivers are up to date. I also have no mods. I can't get the game to progress past that point, and it's very early on in the dlc. Very frustrating.
Same problem I'm getting. Black loading screen never stops.
I hope when it releases not before tomorrow, that means we'll get it just after midnight. Could at least download it then.
I love being able to download the dlc from my phone app so I can just play when I get home. Lol. Now to wait 3 more hours... T.T

Can I complain because I have under 10 megs of download yet but my download speed keeps dropping to 0. It's like Zeno's Download, it keeps downloading half of what's left but never arrives.

People accessing PSN, please note: it doesn't show up in the DAI Add-Ons, you have to go to the New Add-Ons section, and scroll down.

This sounds crazy, but try jumping while activating the Eluvian, I got past the infinite loading loop like that.
I also deleted this line from the game properties: -GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+

Had the same problem as Jaron Oberyn, so I figured I'd try the jumping thing too. But I couldn't actually get my Inquisitor to jump - yet it worked. But maybe that's what you meant? Attempting to jump while pressing E? Anyway, thanks for making me try a 3rd time 
It's probably just a matter of trying a few times until it works, and the jumping/attempts at jumping at the same time is a coincidence.

Definitely. An announcement like "Worldwise release: 8th September (except european PS4 players)" would have told me I had to wait yet another day beforehand.

Yeah, except Bioware don't really control when it releases. We can only blame Sony for this annoyance.

Actually this is the way it has always worked for Playstation. US PSN updates tuesdays, EU PSN updates wednesdays. Has been like that for every DAI DLC so far, and everything else on PSN as well. This is old hat guys, and something you should know by now :/

I haven't bought the past two DLC, and before I owned a PS4 for next-gen, I was a PC player. So I couldn't know.
