My biggest concern is - were the passwords hashtagged or otherwise protected... or do they have them? Because this is the sort of thing that will just happen again and again.

 

I think you meant "hashed". Hashing is a method for storing passwords in a non-decryptable format. Hashtagging is what people do on twitter.

Red lyrium seems absent from this character kit. Also, it does seem to be a separate piece of armour, but it's secured to his body with folds of flesh.

 

The whole design is very Cenobite-ish. Except for the heels.
